Cross-check independently
Pursued enquiries beyond the original representations and compared the information received with the retained records. Preliminary responses were treated according to their scope and reliability.
Connect the discrepancies
Reconstructed the chronology and examined how separate inconsistencies related to one another. The aim was to identify a possible pattern, test alternative explanations, and distinguish meaningful contradictions from gaps in the record.
Make the findings usable
Organized the material into an indexed evidence record with a clear narrative, supporting sources, and unresolved questions. That structure made the concerns easier for independent reviewers to examine.
